4 Sacraments

ONLINE REGISTRATION for FIRST RECONCILIATION & FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CLASS

FOR CHILDREN WITH NON-CATHOLIC BAPTISM AND
CATHOLIC PARENT RECEIVED THE PROFESSION OF FAITH ON BEHALF OF THE CHILD

Please follow the steps below to register your child for catechism classes in preparation for First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion.
Please ensure that all steps are completed.

STEP 1: PREPARE THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS BEFORE COMPLETING STEP 2:

  • Required Supporting Documents:
    • Electronic copy of Child's Non-Catholic Baptism Certificate
    • Electronic copy of Child's birth certificate showing the names of the parents
    • Electronic copy of parent's Catholic Profession of Faith Certificate on behalf of the child
  • All documents must be in either PDF or JPG format
  • File size must not exceed 100 MB each
  • All documents must be in English. Otherwise, it has to be translated to English by a certified translator.
  • We reserve the right to request to see the original of the required supporting documents

STEP 2: ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR MANDATORY CATECHISM CLASS

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION: Registration has been extended. Second and last extension to register is by 10 PM on  Thursday, October 19, 2023

STEP 3: ATTEND & COMPLETE ALL CATECHISM CLASSES

  • Catechism classes are mandatory for children in grade 2 or older including those in our parish schools
  • The Parish Sacramental Preparation Ministry provides the catechism classes
  • Parish schools will no longer offer catechism classes in preparation for these Sacraments
  • SCHEDULE of CATECHISM CLASSES

Date:    Saturdays in 2023: Oct 21 & 28, Nov 4, 11, 18 & 25 and
             Saturdays in 2024: Jan 13, 20 & 27, Feb 3 & 24, Mar 2 & 23
Time:   10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Venue: Guardian Angels Parish Hall
